At Gem State Greens, our top priority is to deliver our products to you with the utmost freshness and quality. To achieve this, especially for our perishable microgreens and sauces, we follow a specific shipping schedule and method.
Order Processing All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Schedule To ensure your products arrive fresh and are not left in a warehouse over the weekend, we ship orders on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays only.
Orders placed after 11:00 AM (Mountain Time) on Wednesday will be shipped the following Monday.
Shipping Method and Rates To guarantee freshness, all our products are shipped using a 2-Day Shipping service.
We charge a flat rate shipping fee of $10, $15, or $20 for all orders (depending on weight).
The final shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Special Shipping Requests (Thursday/Friday Shipping) If you require shipping on a Thursday for potential weekend delivery, please contact us at Contact@gemstategreens.com before placing your order. We may be able to accommodate your request on a case-by-case basis. Please note that special shipping arrangements may incur an additional charge.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation from us which will include a tracking number. You can use this number to check your shipment's status and estimated delivery date.
Local Pickup For our customers in the Hailey, Idaho area, we are happy to offer a free local pickup option. You can select this at checkout to waive the shipping fee and collect your order directly from us. We will contact you with pickup instructions once your order is ready.
